The apartments in Livia are planned to encorporate wide expanses of living spaces with lush gardens, and attached open deck areas. The sheer size of the apartments can be experienced in its living spaces which spans 65 feet. All apartments are Wi-Fi enabled, with automated lighting systems as well as remote operated curtains and blinds.

Other thoughtful elements provided are walk in closets and cupboards in bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a utility area with washing machine and dryer.
